This chair is great! I actually donât use it for gaming, just needed a low chair for a specific purpose but my husband has since stolen it for his own gaming. Havenât tried the audio so canât give feedback on that. My only complaint is super minor: itâs quite squeaky when you lean back in it.

This chair is great and my 9-yo brother was super excited when he saw it. His previous chair (different brand and well-aged) had a gaping hole so he was in dire need of a new one. It is sturdy and a good size for smaller folks. The padding is comfortable, but it is awkwardly low and uncomfortable for a tall adult like myself.

just received the chair. I’m 5’9″ 175lbs, it fits well and feels comfortable. easy wireless set up and the speakers are more than enough for gaming. listening to my ipod on it as i write this. great product at a great price.
Update after a yr of daily use…still 5 stars, holding up great and comfortable, i will buy again

I ordered this product for my 11 year old son and upon its arrival I was extremely disappointed with what I received. Not only is this model absolutely useless without the included wires that were said to connect the speakers. That is the only way to have the ability to hear the speakers which do not work. If something is said to be wireless, I would not need a box full of wires to use it!!! So the product itself once unpacked and inspected has some type of âwarning pictureâ so in between the heavy duty wooden frame that needs to be opened in order to sit in said rocker includes a photo of a hand showing 4 severed fingers. Apparently this is their way of warning the customers that this is an extremely dangerous product and can literally crush and detach your fingers by simply opening it for regular use as simply a seat.
As I tried to hook up the wires to my new $100+ X rocker I sat in it to see if it was safe to at least sit in. I gently sat down and leaned back a bit, as I fell backwards I also completely and crushed my finger. I was stuck and afraid to try to get up without falling off this thing completely or causing further damage to my hands or any other limbs. I called customer service and received no help whatsoever, I was told I would need to pay for repackaging and then return this defective product in order for any type of exchange or refund.
LastlyâŠThe rocker that was pictured in the display photos from when I purchased it is a completely different model. So even though I have been sent the wrong product, found that it is clearly beyond dangerous and defective (never mind the fact that both my child and I have been injured by this Amazon product) I also discovered that this model is under investigated for safety hazards and is no longer available for purchase. Howâs that for customer support???? Iâm appalled, extremely disappointed and upset with my experience in rectifying the problem and keeping myself and my son safe. Please, for the safety of those around you DO NOT buy this product.

It works ok. The Bluetooth feature really sucks. Be nice if it had a auto on off for the Bluetooth sender, kid forgets to shut it off which is annoying in itself. So I have gone through a lot of batteries. With the Bluetooth it makes a really annoying ringing noise that wonât go away , regardless of channel selector. It has a tendency to start folding up when the kids lean forward. Itâs just ok. Kids donât use it for the speakers anymore just cause the timing and battery replacement. New batteries last about 3 days if they donât keep hitting that switch off.

This chair is simply awesome. I’m not sure how most people will be using this, but for me personally, I pair it with one of my monitors that don’t have integrated speakers for when I have gaming nights with friends. My surround setup has speakers way better than this, so I use it mostly for the plain chair part much more than the audio part. But I did try connecting some audio to this and was very impressed with the sound it pumped out.
To be clear, it is significantly worse than most any surround sound setup, but I had pretty low expectations for speakers inside a chair, and they exceeded my expectations by quite a bit. Makes it a lot of fun to connect your gaming audio to the chair just for the novelty of it all.
It includes a whole bunch of wires too, so you’ll be able to connect most anything straight out of the box. It has adapters to you can plug in normal 3.5″ audio cables or red/white RCA audio cables.
The AC power cord is pretty short though. You’ll either need this close to a wall outlet to utilize the audio, or an extension cord.
My only gripe, which I removed a star for, is that it is a little short and could use a bit more padding. It’s fairly comfortable, but not for long periods of time. I’ve used much more comfortable banana chairs that don’t get uncomfortable as fast. I also wish it were a few inches taller. I’m only 5’10” which is a pretty average height, so if you are above that you will almost certainly want to look for a chair that is longer/taller.
But on the plus side is that it folds in the middle, making it significantly less annoying to move around or store.
Overall, it’s not perfect, but it is pretty good. Pretty good comfort, pretty good audio, pretty good price. 4 stars.
