The laptop worked well for our grandson, but he brought it to us broken. The screen was unattached to the laptop body on one side, and off center. It had missing screws when we went to open the cover. The right hinge for the screen was missing all three screws. Managed to fix things by re-centering the screen and adding the missing screws. We believe we were sent a refurb, as there were dirty fingerprints inside. Also, the body is not “full-metal”, it is plastic. Other than that, it works very well.

well i havent been able to use it because the dam bios is not set correctly so it wont boot up..i have evem downloaded a program from the bios maker to try figure out whats not set correct…but havent had any luck yet …so may haveta use my insurance i bot on it an return it an get one thats hopefully set correctly in bios so itll boot so i can actually to do something with it besides cuss at it an the people who jacked it up an sent it to me that way…
