Excellent so far. I have a snoring issue that I suspect is teetering right on the edge of sleep apnea, so for the past year or so I’ve been wearing a Wellue Oxylink Sp02 sleep tracking ring to wear while I sleep to keep track of my blood oxygen. It’s pretty good, though the data is a little basic, the app isn’t great and the ring is a little too bulky for comfort, so I’ve been looking for a replacement for a while.
The SEEKZERO ring fits the bill perfectly. It’s much more comfortable to wear while sleeping, the app is well designed and it not only gives me Sp02 readings through the night but also measures my sleep phases, so at a glance I can get a better idea of how certain behaviours affect the quality of my sleep.
The daytime activity tracking is the cherry on the cake, though to be honest just the sleep tracking alone is enough to justify the price for me. I don’t have much use for activity tracking as I’m in good health and very active, so tracking my activity would just be an ego boost. If you need it, though, the reading seem just as accurate as they are for sleep tracking, and again the app is very nicely designed and easy to read.

The ring would be awesome if it actually charged. When I got it it was at 80% so I didn’t bother charging it anymore. I wore the ring for a few days. It worked really well and honestly I really loved it. Then it came to it needing to be charged. On the directions it states that when you put the ring on the charger and plug it in that the light will flash green when it’s charging and go solid when it’s fully charged. With mine the light stays a solid green no matter what. I tried readjusting it, I tried different cords… nothing worked. My ring did not charge at all and now is completely useless.
