My only problem is the rings are only going up besides 13 and I think I need a 13 and a half after buying this but it helps to let me know and I let other people use it to help them know what their ring size is or close to it

The ring works well and provides helpful insights into your sleep and health. It is a great motivator for increasing activity and you can also log in meals and fluids to track calories, etc. I was especially happy to find that it tracks heart rate variability at night, as the product descriptor wasn’t clear on this. It also provides a general stress level measurement that you can track throughout the day.

This size kit is cheap, and basically free if you ended up buying the Smart Ring, so it’s definitely worth it to verify what finger you want to wear it on, and what size to order. They do not have half sizes. Your hands (fingers) will swell and contract with heat, cold, and different activities and inactivity. This plastic ring lets you wear it for minimum 24 hours, preferable a week, to make sure you order the correct size. My wedding band is a perfect size 8. As you can see on the measuring rod picture, the size 8 in the kit is smaller. I don’t know if it’s the thickness, or the bumps that simulate the sensors, but I’m glad I got this to try it on first.

I was skeptical but, after a week of use, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I have a smart watch but I really don’t wear it often. I prefer my old analogs and the battery life on the smart watch leaves a lot to be desired. I need simplicity and I don’t need another screen on my life. I’ve been wearing the ring on my ring finger in place of my wedding band. It looks good and the measurements have been incredibly accurate. The heart rate feature has matched finger pulse measurements and the sleep tracking matches exactly sleep and wake times. And, most impressively, what it records for distance and pace during my runs has been spot on.. outside on road AND on my treadmill.

I wore the Oura Ring for a year and it was great. I switched because the Samsung Health app tracked more data points. After wearing the Galaxy Ring for a week now, there are great qualities and poor qualities.
It looks and fits very nice. It’s slimmer than the Oura Ring.
The battery is great. I wore it for 5 1/2 days before charging it. I could charge it quickly while in my pocket. Because of the case, it doesn’t need to be plugged into the wall.
The app is decent too. It tracks a lot but it really needs some work. While you can track water, food and blood pressure, tracking workouts is weird. It won’t track heart rate for anything other than running or walking. I need to wear my chest strap if I want to track most of my workouts. Or, buy their watch, and I would but I have tattoos that won’t let the watch work.
The sleep tracking is the worst. If you sit on the couch to read a book before bed, it thinks you’re sleeping. Even if you’re using your phone. Unlike most other sleep trackers, it won’t let you edit your sleep record to adjust this error. This affects your energy score as well because they are tied together. It also insists that the optimal time for me to go to bed is between 11pm and 2am. Even though my sleep period us set to 9pm to 5am. This lowers my score a lot and it should be adjustable.
Lastly, the blood o2 sensing is way off. It tells me that every night my o2 levels drop to about 80%. As I am not in the hospital dying, it’s safe to say that the reading algorithms are a bit off. So much for AI.
I really hope Samsung addresses these issues but I’m not holding my breath. (Even though my o2 levels suggest otherwise) Samsung and reddit forums have been crying about some of these issues for years.
Overall, it’s decent but needs a lot of work.

The fact that this can’t be returned should be featured a lot more prominently. At least it served it’s purpose to let me know I will never buy a Samsung ring, as the largest size is still too small. Was that knowledge worth $10? No, no it wasn’t.

There is no reason a box of plastic sizing rings shouldn’t be allowed to be returned. Very wasteful to force everyone to keep their plastic crap.

Hechos de excelente material, cumplen perfectamente con su objetivo.

    My Three Cents:
I recently started using the Samsung Galaxy Ring, and it has exceeded my expectations in both functionality and style. The ringā€™s smart features, like health monitoring and seamless integration with my other Samsung devices, are incredibly convenient. I ordered a size 9, and while it fits well, Iā€™d suggest opting for a size up if you prefer a slightly looser fit or have wider fingers. This extra space can make wearing the ring more comfortable throughout the day. Overall, itā€™s a sleek, high-tech accessory that blends well with any outfit while offering valuable health insights.

I have always been an Oura Ring user but decided to go Samsung as I don’t want to pay a subscription. I have been comparing them for a month.
On the whole the Galaxy Ring compares favourably with the Oura, the sleep measurements are similar, except for the deep sleep measurement which is consistently shorter. According to Galaxy I slept deep for only 7 minutes last night while Oura registered 1 hour and 11 minutes. I would also like a latency measurement (how long it takes to fall asleep), which Oura provides. I do however like the blood oxygen and skin temperature metrics which Oura doesn’t provide. Another bonus are the daytime metrics and the step counter. Also the fact that if you have a Samsung watch the ring will share the measurements with the watch thus saving the battery.
