After being user of Dell XPS for the last 8 years, I decided to change to this one. To me, I won’t go back to Dell. Very fast, light, with all the ports that you need to get things done and still very thin. Very good image quality and 16″ screen makes a difference!

Solid laptop. Could be better in some areas, especially for the price, but overall I’m happy with it.
Pros:
– Excellent build quality with no creaks anywhere, although there’s a little bit of screen wobble
– Gorgeous display that gets plenty bright for indoor use. Scrolling is very smooth thanks to the 120hz refresh rate and you get those deep blanks thanks to the panel being OLED
– Light for a 16incher
– Great CPU performance. Very snappy with minimal fan noise even under heavy load, although it can get kinda hot in the space above the keyboard after awhile. Can’t comment on GPU performance since I don’t play games, although I imagine a dedicated gaming laptop with a dedicated graphics card would be better if you’re a hardcore gamer.
– Samsung integrations. I have a bunch of other Samsung products like the Galaxy S24, Tab S8, and Buds2 Pro and I appreciate the integrations between the laptop and these other products. I probably won’t be using most of them but they’re still nice to have. The most convenient ones for me have been the Buds auto-switching, Samsung Notes, Quick Share, and Second Screen.
– Fingerprint reader works great
Cons:
– Keyboard. It’s not a bad keyboard, it’s just meh. The key travel is pretty shallow. Also all the keys are off-center thanks to the number pad on the right which messes with my muscle memory. Will take some getting used to.
– Battery Life. Haven’t been able to get more than about 5 hours of screen on time even with light use (web browsing and streaming). Might just need to wait about a week for all the optimizations to take place, but I’m hoping it gets better.
– Speakers. Not the worst speakers, just meh. Could be better for the price. Turning on Dolby Atmos makes a noticeable improvement, but I’ve had much cheaper laptops with better speakers. Will definitely be using my earbuds most of the time.

Beautiful, crisp 120Hz display. Very good keyboard and touch pad. Solid metal and glass implementation of the slim, gorgeous design. Great battery life. Integrates perfectly with the Samsung ecosystem (Tabs, Galaxy phones, Buds Pro, etc.). I couldn’t be happier.

A couple years back, my mom gifted me an Alienware laptop since my Omen’s screen was acting up, and it’s served me well as both a work computer and gaming laptop but the thing is definitely a bit on the heftier side lol.
At any rate, I actually came across this laptop while browsing for an upgrade for my Samsung tablet. This was definitely one of those “impulse purchases but it’s for work” kind of things lol. But at the end of the day, I’m very happy with the Galaxy Book 4 pro. It’s smaller and weighs a fraction of what my Alienware does. It performs well and is extremely portable. The built-in webcam is high enough quality that I can use it for my work video calls.
This particular laptop was sold at a discount as “used like new” – one of the 2 manufacturer sticker seals on the box had been partly torn but not opened completely, and the other was untouched. As far as I can tell, the box had never actually been opened, so it seems like I got a pretty solid discount for just some minor packaging damage lol.
I can’t speak to its gaming capabilities. I haven’t tried to play anything on the Galaxy Book – I’m sure I have a couple games on Steam that it could handle, but as I mentioned, I have a gaming laptop – This one is basically for everything else, from personal projects to all my work stuff!
I’ve been a fan of Samsung for a long time, but this is my first computer purchase from this brand and I’m definitely sold! This laptop is lightweight and highly portable, and I’d recommend it for anyone who wants a solid machine for work or school.

Slim and powerful, the Galaxy Book 4 Pro has a beautiful, vivid screen, a fast 120 Hz refresh rate, an all-aluminum solid build, and AI capabilities with a copilot button. The laptop has a good keyboard. However, it is hot during battery charge. The hardware is the key for the Business Version: Intel core ultra -155h CPU, new iris GPU, extended battery, 1 Tb SSD. However, if you increase the brightness and the energy consumption of the apps installed, particularly for the antivirus, it will reduce the battery duration. Finally, for the first time with a laptop, I could quickly set it up, but with slow driver updates.

This computer was great in screen quality, but the design is faulty. Multiple redditers have dealt with the same issue of the glass breaking spontaneously on the monitor. Dealing with Samsung Care+ was even more of a nightmare as they are nearly impossible to contact or initiate a repair

I love this laptop! It is easy to use and love the fact there is an area that has the number to the right like a regular computer keyboard. Beautiful screen!

Samsung should definitely consider upgrading the integrated GPU to a dedicated NVIDIA or AMD one so it sells more. Am a casual gamer but use this laptop primarily for work/coding etc. The price is quite high but for a touchscreen laptop, $1200 is a steal. Its an incredibly good deal for a 16inch laptop with such power. However, only being limited to 16GB of ram is really a pain. Worse part is that its soldered to the motherboard and you can’t even upgrade! 16GB of RAM in 2024 is a real pain.
