I recently purchased a refurbished Dell latitude 5490 laptop. The laptop is in excellent condition, with minimal scratches. Performance is smooth, and battery life is good it’s of approx 6 hours with normal usage. Speed of laptop is good enough, speakers are working fine, wifi, bluetooth are workin properly. Seller communication was prompt and helpful. I got the warranty confirmation over whatsapp from seller for 6 months but yet to confirm over mail.

3. Storage: 512 GB,
4. Display: 14 inches, vibrant colors as it’s win 11,
5. Ports/Connectivity: 3 USB working fine.
*Note- Didn’t find serial no on body however I found from command prompt.

Camera quality is poor and the battery performance is low. It will decrease with in 2 hrs. Otherwise speed and performance is good.worth it in this price.

Firstly, the charger was not working, so I replaced with a new one.
Secondly and te main defect is that I cannot sign in. At this spot the laptop don’t respond continesly reverting back to the screen saver.
Repents to have bought a refurbished item . I bought this from a seller ‘ Recycle Cart”..
Anyway Amazon was very prompt to refund money grom te seller within a day.
On the strength of Amazon, I am experimenting one more time to buy te same configired latitude 5490 from JISHNU ENTERPRISES. Let’s evaluate…

Bought a refurbished Dell Laptop from Recyclekart. Product is working great.
Faced a minor issue with MS-Office activation. The seller resolved the issue at a lightning fast speed. Great Product, Great Service.
Only left side received from seller, colour and brans are also different. Amazon please ban this seller from selling goods on amazon –
It started throwing issues in 2-3 months and stopped working in just 3 months and then I sent it to company back and paid 1,000 courier charges after that company replaced hard disk and send back to me now again in few days it started throwing issues and stopped working again by saying “no bootable device found”. I just recommend to Buy new laptop and pay little more insted of buying this refurbished laptop. Useless product I have wasted lot of my time since I purchased it. Used just 3-4 months and wasted approx 25,000 ok it.

From last 5days I am waiting for my return to pick up . But Amazon pick team is giving answers that they don’t pick up big items.dont understand why then I have been given same number and same excuse. Aamzon is not trustworthy.please don’t buy any electronic items from.Amazon if any defective item they will not refund you back
