First of all I waited 3 weeks for delivery only to not be able to even use the ps5. I really think the PS5 was packaged damaged. There was damage to the point that the panels on backside were not flush so even if you wanted to plug cords in it would not fit. Plastic around HDMI & charger port were broken. When I first took ps5 out of box 2 of the cover panels just fell. The pieces to snap them in place were broken and smushed to the point where the ps5 itself had some deep scratches- so you know it was handled very roughly. Also no ps5 controller. I should have paid more attention to the reviews before placing order. Now I have to wait 30 days for a refund.

He send me the game that did not work, when I send him the game back did not refund me the money because it wasn’t that PlayStation when I returned everything still don’t have my money back.

Aside from not having the original packaging, it looked and worked like new even after using it almost on a daily basis for 6 months.

When I received the unit, the controller didn’t work. It took the seller a few weeks to get my replacement to me. It was a gift for my son’s 12th birthday so it was a big let down he couldn’t use the PS5 until I went to the store to buy a 70 dollar controller. Everything was working fine for a month or so. Now the PS5 will not turn on. I am hoping for a quick resolution this time. I will update my review if my issue is resolved to satisfaction.
