    Had high expectations for this which should have been a big upgrade from a cheap Chinese smartphone.
    Battery life is only around 5-6 hours even with light use, no gaming or video. Several common apps like google maps would not run smoothly. Very disappointed.

    Beware: I bought this from Amazon and the listing said ‘Samsung Store’ but it actually came from an outfit called BrightGadget, when I returned it within the 30 day period they said the battery life is normal for this model and then tried to charge me a 25% re-stocking fee claiming that only if I had not opened the phone box would I get a full refund, and also tried to claim I had scratched the screen. Luckily I had taken comprehensive photos showing the phone returned in pristine condition!

    I complained to Amazon and pointed out that this ‘return policy’ is in contravention to consumer law in the UK….how could you ever test a product you cannot open?

    To Amazons credit after an enquiry they organised the full refund.

    I would never buy an expensive product from a third party seller again…BEWARE!

    It was very easy to set up transferring data from old to new phone. The chip is so fast it downloads data in seconds. Simple to use and battery does last unless in constant use ? Would recommend 👍

    I had been looking to upgrade my S22 phone for a few months. In the last few weeks decided I wanted an S24 but wasn’t keen on paying top price. Spotted this deal on Amazon. As others have mentioned, a lovely new S24 at a great price and arrived quickly.
