I am extremely pleased with these pans. Very sturdy and strong. Cooked eggs with no oil or butter and they did not stick! I will follow the instructions and preheat the pans for even cooking. Also ,spray oils are not recommended. I don’t usually use them anyway. I store them with paper towels between just to keep them safe from unnecessary scratches. I would recommend them to anyone who is tired of food sticking or tired of eating Teflon flakes.

Our old pots started peeling so we needed new ones. These have been great! They are so sturdy and thick but also HEAVY. Our old set was very thin and light so its been an adjustment, but they cook so well. The nonstick seems to do its job and I’ve been really trying to keep metal utensils off them and not using the dishwasher as that’s how my old ones decayed, but they seem sturdy enough I could prb do both without issue. Lol. They’re also way bigger in size than our old stuff which has been nice but harder to store in the same way we did with our old set.

Life time warranty is not valid outside the us
    Starts out good.
However the lifetime use and never peels is incorrect.

My first pot had a defect that caused the non stick to peal off. A non even surface with what felt like a stone. When I reach out to replace it I was informed it’s only valid in thr US. I like the look and use of the pans. So I just replaced the pot so I could have the complete range.

After 6 months the pan peeled. Despite following manufacturer’s instructions.
Never put it in the dishwasher. Only used silicone utensils and I use induction, so I made sure no to go above the recommended tempreture.

The non stick performance is okay as long as you know how to minuplate it with enough fat. Im a chef so I do a fare amount of home cooking.
It really started out so great. Disappointed with the end result. I have one pan left from the set. I discarded the rest due to peeling and health concerns it would leech chemicals

I don’t write very many reviews, but I definitely wanted to circle back on these pots and pans. I had been looking for a good set of pots and pans for quite a while. Doing a lot of research and finally landed on these. Mostly because I have a couple of ninja products already and really liked them so I figured I would try the pots and pans out. I’ve had the 12 piece set for just under one year now and use them often. They are holding up incredibly well. Much better than my iron client did for sure. They are also much more comfortable to hold the handles, do not transfer any heat into the handles and our really good cooking surfaces. They distribute heat well, handle regular dishwasher, cleaning as well as scrub pad cleaning and they are still very effective and in great shape. I don’t use a lot of metal utensils in general, but the few times I have used a whisk in the pan. There’s been absolutely no issues. The nonstick quality of them is just like new also. Still can cook eggs with no spray or butter. I highly recommend these pots and pans.

Great quality! No stick, easy clean! So glad I purchased.

I got the 16 piece set. 9 pots & pans (of every size you’ll ever need) & 7 lids. At the investment price of $499.00.

I don’t know where to start but I’ll try to keep it short. They do everything they say they do. First, I should have gotten them a long time ago but the price kept me on the fence. I’m glad I got them, it was an investment. Since I love to cook they are so fun to use. It was worth the investment. To get equipment that makes it more fun to be in the kitchen and do something that you love to do even more.
There is a small learning curve to overcome and by that I mean let them heat up slowly. Thell perform and clean up the way they say that they do. Such even heat distribution but you can still get a great sear on a steak or any other piece of meat. They have a great thick base(that can be used on Every type of stove you might have). They are thick and weighty but not to heavy and go from stove top to oven even with the lids on. I made sloppy Joes and taco meat last week. You know the longer you simmer things the better the food takes on the flavors. I had NO problem with a slow simmer. But I had forgotten that I had it cooking and rushed in expecting the food to be scorched on the bottom. Nope, the spatula and the bottom of the meat were just fine. With the thick bottom of the pans & the even heat distribution everything was just fine.
I could keep going but the last thing I want to mention is the cleanup. A wet towel to wipe it out and you can keep on going. They clean up in a breeze with a soft towel. If you do get some sticking I used a Mr.Clean eraser and it cleaned up beautifly. And they can go into the dishwasher but I wash all my good stuff by hand. I just feel better doing it that way.
With that said, don’t hesitate and make the Investment, you’ll be Happy 😊 you did.

    Review Update on 01-20-24
Well they’re good while they’re not cracking, chipping and peeling. Out of all of the pans I got in the very expensive set for started cracking and peeling. I was able to get one of them replaced due to the 10-year warranty. But the cost of shipping was almost the price of a new pan so I don’t see where the warranty came into play. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a set of the Granite Stone pans. That’s the other side I have and I’ve had it longer than this set and it has not given me one problem ever. Not one scratch not one chip nothing and there’s still easy to clean up as the first day I got them. Not only do they cook the same as the first day I got them I’m going to get myself a second set to replace this set. So do yourself a favor get yourself a set of the Granite Stone!.

UPDATE- my pan that had a small nick in it, now turned into the surface peeling off. See last picture. This has occurred in the last few months. This is so disappointing. I went back and read through the warranty info and it’s worded in a way that I doubt I will get my money back or a new set and I wouldn’t want a new set anyway. Changing my rating to 1 star.

bought these almost a yr ago. I wanted to use them a while before reviewing them and before I bought them I read a review of someone else who had used them at least a year and it was a great review. Overall I like their performance as a non-stick surface. They do clean very easily. However, since washing in the dishwasher the surface has changed colors a little which cannot be seen in the pictures. There is now a slight orangish/copper sheen rather than the original shiny black silver sheen to the color. These are not supposed to scratch, I don’t use anything but plastic, silicone or wood utensils. But one of the Pans has a scratch in it and a few have peeling on the edge. I use a metal pan organizer with a rubber coating and once I saw this peeling on the edge, I adjusted the tightness of the slots so there is no rubbing. But with the rubber coating I would not have thought it could not scratch the edge of the pans. One other complaint, none of the lids fit the small frying pan. I would have thought that the lids for some could be interchangeable but not for this one pan. These are not cheap pans but not the most expensive either. I will use them a while longer and probably go with Hex Clad next. I have friends that have some of those and they really are great, Just so expensive. I don’t think they can claim a lifetime guarantee on these Ninja Pans or no scratch, or dishwasher safe. Each of these areas have a ding in my book.

I bought it as an alternative to Teflon pans and expected Ninja to maintain its quality commitment. I’ve only used them for about 6 months and they’ve already started to flake on the rims. Really upset as I had high hopes.
