This laptop is a GREAT value for the cost. The set up process was extremely quick and seamless. So far it is functioning fantastically and I have no complaints. The size is perfect to throw in my large purse for work. I love the rose gold color!

I recently bought this laptop and my experience has been very positive. The design is modern and lightweight, which makes it easy to transport it anywhere. The screen offers good image quality, with sharp colors and a brightness suitable for both working and watching multimedia content.

In terms of performance, the processor and RAM allow you to run multiple tasks at the same time without problems, and the system responds quickly. The battery has a good duration, which gives me the freedom to work several hours without depending on the charger.

The keyboard is comfortable and accurate for typing for long periods, and the touchpad responds smoothly. In addition, it has a variety of ports that facilitate the connection of peripherals and external devices.

In general, it is a laptop that combines good performance, portability and design, ideal for both work and entertainment. I would recommend it to those looking for a reliable and versatile computer.

This HP laptop was purchased by me for my father. I helped him turn it on and register it. For me, the configuration and performance of this laptop are not entirely satisfactory. However, for him, who only uses it to watch news and TV programs, it is quite good. After using it for several months, he feels it’s okay.

I purchased this laptop in January, and by March, it was already showing major issues. The performance declined rapidly — it became unbearably slow, frequently crashed, and often struggled to open even basic programs or web pages. Using it has been incredibly frustrating.

Unfortunately, I didn’t dig deep enough into reviews before buying and was misled by overly positive ones. After running into these problems, I did more research and discovered that this model is widely known for poor performance and reliability.

I called HP and they told me that Amazon or 3rd party sellers modify the laptop from the original 4 GB RAM to 16 GB. This laptop is not compatible with 16 GB, and that’s why this is a piece of garbage.

HP also informed me that there are many customers who are experiencing the same problem, but because the laptop was modified by a third party, they can’t honor the warranty or provide technical support for the device in its current configuration.

I strongly recommend avoiding this laptop. Take the time to research alternatives (and maybe invest a bit more) to get something reliable. This one simply isn’t worth the frustration.
