The product is an attractive, utile piece of hardware, albeit one that is at times distractingly low-fidelity. It is sensibly priced for its modest specifications, however, and makes for a perfectly reasonable piece of equipment in the hands of someone who wants only for functional, uncomplicated tools. For such people, I am sure you will not be dissatisfied, but it is possible you will find better bargains for technology of this caliber elsewhere.

So glad I purchased. Looks brand new and in perfect condition. Great color and use of ease is definitely a 10. I have a tablet that I use often but this laptop will certainly come in handy and for the price, a great purchase. I have purchased a few other refurbished item’s and all work like they were purchased brand new and for half the cost.

I ordered this laptop Saturday 9/14/24 and received it by Monday 9/16/24. It’s lightweight and easy to use. I absolutely love the screen quality and the functionality of the system all together. The price is reasonable and I haven’t had any issues at this time.

We got this little bad boy due to the fact we run our own business and have a lot of reports that we submit online. By no means is this a high tech laptop with tons of memory, but if you are just doing online work or social media this one fits the bill. No lag on any screen and the lite weight makes it the perfect addition for work or school. We priced a bunch prior to getting this one and we are completely in love. We are looking at the same model to replace my (him) old laptop (rose gold was for the Mrs.)

The person we purchased this for had nothing and for what we considered a good investment for just everyday computing this person constantly complained over a free computer. So the computer was great and in perfect condition just the selfish reciever did not appreciate it. But when we asked for it back and for the person to buy their own it became somewhat acceptable.

So I love this laptop very much from looks to how easy it is to install and uninstall apps.
However, it moves laggy if you have too much going on such as windows and apps. Once I took away what wasn’t necessary for me, runs pretty alright.

I just wanted a cheap laptop for writing and the occasional video call. You do have to scrape off most default settings to use it without telling Microsoft everything about you and forcing you to download from their store (pro tip: you have to turn off S mode).
It was slow on the internet, but not horribly slow with mediocre upload/download for small pictures & documents.
The real kicker was when I tried to use it for a video call. Even when selecting the most efficient settings, the video was laggy and glitchy for the person receiving my call. I could see and hear the other person with no issue. The microphone was also of horrible quality. I turned off the video feed and plugged in an expensive headset, but my audio was still laggy, glitchy, and often sped up as if to catch up with a latent connection.
If I had no need at all for video calls, I would have dealt with the slower then ideal internet surfing–it did help me focus on my writing because I didn’t want to use the internet so frivolously. But with literally no way to use it to talk to long-distance friends, (other than text chats, obviously) I had to return it.
Also, the keyboard is nearly impossible to read when at any kind of angle. Because it’s clear they bought a COTS light-up key set but didn’t install lights, the letters are a soft transparent gray and they vanish when any sort of a shadow or bright light strikes the pink keys. It’s a shame because the color was really nice.
I did like how light the computer was.
It does not use a USB-C power supply which was a bummer.
Physically, it was in great condition. I could not find any damage whatsoever. Chances are someone else did the same thing I did and returned it after realizing how poorly it functioned.
Note it’s not a touch screen.
Note there is no slider for the camera.
It has almost no storage space, so I don’t see how you could play many games, nor do I have any hopes for it doing so well if they can be downloaded.

I’ve only had it for 3 days now but I love everything about it so far!

First of all the appearance: I love the color; it’s a metallic pink that almost looks silver, but the keyboard’s pink is much more noticeably pink. The letters on the keyboard itself are large and easy to read. There were a few minor scratches on the outside of mine but the inside is pristine.

Moving on to sound: The keys are relatively quiet when you type on them, but the space bar is a bit too loud in my opinion. I’ve only used it for roughly four hours so far but I haven’t heard any loud air vents coming from it.

One side note I’d like to mention real quick though is that when I was setting everything up, it was really pushing me to sign up for a bunch of Microsoft related products which I found a little annoying. I prefer using Google for browsing which is completely free whereas the Microsoft stuff would have charged me after one year of usage(I believe it was a year).

And finally performance: Like practically every other laptop, this one takes a minute or two to really start working properly when you initially turn it on. I’ve only really used it for typing so I haven’t really dived into browsing the web, but I can confidently say that the keys are immediately responsive when I type anything out. I haven’t had any issues with it running slow as of yet.

The battery life is very good. I had it on the highest brightness while using it outside for a few hours and it only dropped to 88% where it was originally charged to 100.

One final thing I’d like to mention is that I absolutely love the screen! I bought this to work on my novel outside and while I always try to work in the shade, the sun can be a little pesky, however the screen is mostly opaque and has little to no reflection – making it the perfect laptop to use outside!

Anyway, if this laptop is still available to order, I highly recommend it if you plan on using it for work!
