The video resolution is better than good, if not stellar. I got a beautiful video of a walk with my dog which (after adding some stabilization) is enjoyable to watch even though if you pause it, the details are not super crisp.
Under bright sunlight there is a bit of flare that shows up on the video. These aren’t really designed to capture sound, I don’t think, so it does pick up some audio but only what is very close.
Since I’m not a bicyclist or anything, I could see myself using this to capture family videos, like at the playground, where it would be super convenient to have a camera that I’m not always holding and pointing instead of participating with the kids 🙂

I will post asample video soon.

The video quality on these isn’t bad. I was surprised, but there is going to be an issue with stabilization because your head is always moving somewhat and I don’t believe it has any sort of electronic image stabilization. The glasses aren’t terrible looking either which is the previous issue with something like this. They are pretty expensive though, and you can get very unobtrusive body cameras for significantly less money so you have to decide if this is how you want to take video.

The battery life on these is less two, which makes sense because there is less room for batteries. I think you get about an hour and 20 minutes. It’s about the same as getting one of those recorder pins that you would put in your shirt pocket. These of course are more stylish and they actually function that sunglasses too. I really didn’t expect much from these so I was surprised.

Upon receiving these glasses I was fairly impressed with their design. They are lightweight and fairly comfortable to wear. One thing that I noticed immediately was how similar they look to the OHO Sunshine brand of camera glasses, which I also own. The design is almost exactly identical.

They also come with an extra pair of clear lenses, which were very easy to change.

The video picture quality is fairly good, even in dimly lit areas, and they do seem to last for a fairly long time (around 90 minutes after a full charge, as advertised). But today when I used them to record, after owning them for less than a week, I noticed that the audio (which had previously been working fine) came out sounding very muffled and distorted. Overall, until this issue arose, they seemed quite good, aside from the fact that they are somewhat overpriced.

These feel good and work well as sunglasses. The wrap around design blocks bright light from filtering in–they are light weight and look reasonably good. The little lights that indicate on/off, recording, etc. are on the inside of the glasses above the nose bridge (see photo). The red charging light is on the inside next to the usb charging receptacle. The images taken by the camera are clear and sharp (see attached video).

Clear tint polarized lenses are included, but there are no instructions for changing the dark lenses which come installed in the glasses. Instructions point to a video tutorial, but no videos were available at the time of this review. These are nice sunglasses and they would be great for a rafting trip or some adventure where hands free photography is desired.

For the price, these video sunglasses are very nice. The sunglasses themselves are dark enough to be used as sunglasses, but they limit peripheral vision. I found them to be tight around my head. The video quality is decent, but there is no image stabilization, so the raw video can be very shaky. There is only one button and you use that to turn the camera on / off, take a still photo, and start and pause the recording. A red LED light will blink when the video is recording, stay steady when the video is paused and the camera is on, and flash blue when a still photo is taken. The field of view is only 90′, which is narrower than I would like. It comes with 64GB of internal memory and there is no open slot to expand the memory. There is a covered USB-C slot for charging and connecting to a computer. You can put a time / date stamp on the video, but you have to edit a .txt file the you will find in the root directory when you connect it to a computer. But it is easy to figure out. It comes with a hard carrying case, a cloth pouch, a set of clear lenses, a USB-C cord, lens cleaning cloth and simple directions. I have attached a short video clip and a still photo taken from the glasses.
