If you are a walker/runner looking to improve your running, this watch is great! The training readiness, training status, and sleep have helped me increase my endurance and speed. The recovery time feature lets you know how much time you need before your next run/walk. The GPS is improved and more accurate. Very happy with this watch and love the aqua color!

Excelente producto, he usado otros relojes deportivos que me han dejado mucho que desear en cuestión de la batería. La batería varia mucho dependiendo del uso, pero a mi me dura 6 días con el oxímetro encendido todo el día y otros ajustes.
