This is my second Printer Precolored . Love the printer , the tube cartridge came damage , send a message to the customer Service and they where amazing, they send me right away the replacement and installed with the help of the engineer , one of the Best service I had . Spend the extra money and get something else! I have had this for less than a month and it’s given me so many issues. The company requires me to be up all night to be able to talk to a technician and they take a long time to respond. It is not an easy setup, and it’s a lot of wasted ink and paper having to do multiple head cleanings and nozzle checks because after 3 prints it gets ruined. Save the time and get something else!

I wasted my money. The machine lasted for a month. Customer service is trash. They make you go through what they call technical support via
Skype and nothing worked. I asked numerous times can I return the machine and they constantly avoided answering the question. Mind you the warranty was still good. Do not purchase!
