I thought the price was a little sketchy but I really needed a MacBook for school. It didn’t turn on at first, but it was fully dead. It came with a charger and didn’t have the apple box with the MacBook. However, it came safe and sound. This is the 2nd time I bought from Amazon refurbished and I’m satisfied. Thank you so much. Amazing. Wonderful. I am a lucky bunny.

First of all the item was loose in the box and the box was open upon arrival. There are some minor dents and dings in it, which I’m OK with. However, the shift key and the arrow key are completely sticky and not working. I do not consider that excellent condition. If the provider can somehow swap this out with another computer, I will change my review

I was really hopeful about this because of the positive reviews, but I must have gotten a poor seller. Everything appeared in order but as I started login I was having trouble entering my Wi-Fi password. I reset the password still would not work so I used the accessibility options to open the keyboard screen. I could see that the shift key was stuck. When I pressed it, it made a loud click/pop. I didn’t think anything of it because my password worked and I was logged in. This is when things started to literally fall apart. When I attempted to enter email address I noticed it was stuck in CAPS but caps lock was off. I checked the accessibility keyboard again and sure enough, it was stuck in shift again but this time when I pressed it nothing happened…when I pressed it again the key fell off. As I attempted to slide the key back into position using the google instructions I found on my phone the surrounding keys also started to simply fall off. I tilted the keyboard and noticed that some of them looked lifted (kinda like when you play Guess Who)… I connected a Bluetooth keyboard to get myself through the reset process and immediately put everything back in it’s packaging for return. This was listed as Prime, Ships from: Amazon.com Sold by: Tech Pirate. Maybe you will have better luck with a different seller…

I was nervous ordering a refurbished computer for the first time. I must say that im very impressed. There are no scratches or dents. Everything came perfectly and fairly quickly considering it came from across the country for me. It holds a charge and keeps a charge. Also comes with a working charger. Screen quality is perfect and keyboard is in tact. I prefer MacBook air’s because they are more lightweight than the pros. Super easy to use and navigate. 10/10 recommend.

I regrettably ordered an Early 2020 MacBook Air from this seller a few months back for my mother as she wanted to stay connected with family via FaceTime. Unfortunately the laptop itself did not last very long.
Right from receiving the unit I noticed something was off because the fan would act up (weird noises) which I should have immediately returned, but computers being computers, I decided to see if it worked which it indeed did for 3-4 months which conveniently is around the time the warranty expired.
As a Software Analyst I tried all basic and advanced troubleshooting but the computer does not want to launch into regular recovery mode and will only enter internet recovery mode but fails to successfully complete which tells me there is most likely a hardware problem somewhere (probably the fan).
Without being able to restore the OS the machine is rendered useless. I decided to purchase from this seller because the reviews looked great but the $1000+ I spent on it was definitely not worth it!! Please be wary of the products sold by the seller, and if you do purchase an item, I would highly suggest to return the unit if the slightest concern arises (do yourself a favour).

Skeptical at first, but the battery and exterior damage was unnoticeable! Works perfectly fine and is awesome for its value.
Definitely left satisfied with this purchase!

Was skeptical like everyone else but I can say that outside of the exterior scuffs, and also small minor dent this computer is perfect, I ordered the “Good” condition. No scratches on screen, keyboard is perfect, speakers are perfect, battery is very good, charger was in great condition, overall good computer, except exterior scuffs (just order a case) and you’re good

It came super protected and it had a charger which I wasn’t expecting. Computer works great and easy set up. Obviously a scratch here and there but that was expected. Shipping was very quick within 3 days. Super satisfied and worth the price.
