This laptop for what I paid for it and for what it is supposed to do is very flimsy I wouldn’t recommend this at all, case in point just imagine dropping your laptop that you spent over $1000 for and it just falling apart I’m not a bit happy about this laptop at all

The media could not be loaded.

I purchased this computer recently, received it yesterday, and opened it today. Unfortunately, the keyboard does not work at all, making the computer unusable. Since this is a brand-new item and arrived defective right out of the box, I am requesting a full refund.

I am disappointed that the product arrived in this condition and hope the return and refund process will be handled promptly.
