   The media could not be loaded.

    I’ve had this for three days now and it’s perfect for my schoolwork rather than my school computer. The audio is amazing and I’ve had no problems with it at all. One of the corners was a bit dented, but you can barely tell. Also i’m glad it came with a working charger. I also wish the battery life was a bit better but it’s somewhat better than my phones. Overall it’s a great purchase for the price!

   The computer works pretty well! It’s nice to look at and there are no issues with the screen or anything. However, it came un-updated so I had to figure out how to do it, but once you get it done, it’s good. Mine came with a battery issue that’s affecting its battery performance. I feel like the battery could’ve been replaced! The cost of getting it fixed professionally is over $200 too. Another thing as well is the year of the computer. The year is misleading. I originally thought I was getting a 2017, when I received a 2015.

   I’ve had this computer for about 3 weeks now and the exterior and condition of the laptop is great but I’ve noticed it does not keep a charge for more than 3hrs. I will have it at a full 100% and quickly starts to die if I don’t have it plugged in constantly. A few of the keys are worn out so you have to push them with more force than others. May seem like a minor issue but leads to a lot of autocorrection needed which is not ideal for those who write lengthy assignments. The sound quality also is diminished once it’s turned up over 70%, it starts to sound as if part of the speaker is blown. The last issue is the speed of the computer is not nearly as fast as my previous Mac which is actually older than this model. I definitely want to return this product but can’t afford to wait over a week for a replacement.

   I wasn’t too sure about buying a laptop online but I’m glad I have. This is a really nice laptop and it arrived quickly. I’d definitely buy from this seller again, sorry bestbuy

   I bought this laptop for school and it works really good I was worried with the reviews but everything seems to be working well there was two minor dents on the corners but it doesn’t bother me I would recommend but it does get a little hot (update the speaker started sounding distorted and crunchy I had to return and get an I pad instead take your chances with something else this is a 2015 model anyway it’s likely to crap out on you eventually

   obviously since it’s refurbished mine came with very little scratches on the bottom and a tiny mark on the scene. the battery works decently and my keys all work well! i think it just depends on what kind of laptop you get. mine came with a sticker kind of case but i just peeled it off because it felt weird. but you can request a return if you get a bad one. but i’m satisfied with my purchase!!! ♥️♥️ it’s a little outdated so the settings look different but it connects to my phone and lets me do my schoolwork and other things. the camera quality is decent but pretty good still. it doesn’t get too warm even if i use it for a few hours. the battery lasts about 4-5 hours for me. the only thing is the plug in for the battery is a bit big but other than that i love it!

   I got this refurbished. I have had multiple problems since I got this. The keys are not working properly. The touch screen is not working. Then the battery is not staying charged. I work at a school and I purchased this so I could stop using my school district issued chrome book. It is sad for me to say that the school district issued chrome book is working better than this is. I also purchased a protection plan and they are refusing to fix this under the warranty. They are telling me that if I want them to fix it that I will need to pay for it and it will cost at least $400. I did not even spend $400 for the thing to begin with so I refuse to spend at least that amount to get it fixed. I have contacted the seller multiple times and have not heard back. The address they gave is a bogus address in Texas. Then I looked online and there is no phone number that I can find. I finally told them that if I do not hear back within a certain time frame that I am going to my bank to file a fraud complaint. Then file a complaint with consumer protection. I feel scammed out of my money.
