This is my fourth Macbook that I have purchased from this seller ( I have four children). Based on the mixed reviews… I was VERY skeptical ( and to be honest, scared).

However, each laptop arrived in pristine condition : no scratches , easy setup and all around pretty great product.

But to be clear this is a product that is no longer supported by Apple. That means, if you need microsoft products you will not be able to download them. It also means that most of the App store is inaccessible. These are things that I really wish I knew beforehand. i Also wished that the seller updated the computer/downloaded the latest software before shipping. All of these things would have not only been a great customer service move but also made my life a THOUSAND times easier. All the same if you have even a smidge of technical knowledge this computer will work just fine for you. And, all four kids are completly happy so I guess… not a total loss.

I LOVE IT!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! i ordered from the seller Always Less Than Apple LLC in the condition Excellent and there’s not scratches or anything! everything works and looks brand new! i so recommend this macbook and the seller! keep in mind it is an older laptop no longer supported by apple so do your research if it’s good for you but if you’re like me and just want it for fun then its absolutely perfect and an amazing price!

I ordered this MacBook Air from PLATINUM DEALS, I hate when people forget to mention the seller because that makes a big difference when ordering used products. I bought mine in (Good) condition and it arrived earlier then expected. It’s pretty close to perfect condition if not perfect! no scratches, dents or anything! I am really enjoying the computer so far, it runs faster then my windows pc that is newer. Yes it has to be updated and I had some issues getting it to push the update but finally I got it in, the Mac will only update to macOS Monterey so some apps from the application store will not work on this MacBook. For what I got for 149$ is excellent and I would buy used tech again from PLATINUM DEALS.

If you plan on needing to download Microsoft word or anything really , this is not the laptop for you. Then when trying to reset the computer so I could put it back in the box to return a 🚫 came on a black screen and it would no longer work. The overall look of the Mac book is very nice , I was impressed. But if you’re needing it for school or work this isn’t the one you want to buy. I wish I would’ve done more research before buying this because now I have to return this one and had to buy another laptop in the same day.

Carrier says it was damaged and returned to Amazon facility. No update since. I badly need this computer to get back to work and I can’t afford buying another or more expensive one. Absolutely outrageous!
