   I’ve bought reconditioned/ used phones before, but this one is exceptionally good.
   not a single scratch, ding, or fleck of dust. Its got eight months limited Apple warranty remaining- (whether that works for a second owner?) The only sign that this is a pre-owned phone is it telling me that ‘apps have been deleted.’
   The battery health rating is 100%.
   I can only think that whoever owned it was a gamer who decided it wasn’t for them after a weekend, and stored it in a drawer…. (not a gaming phone, not enough battery, small screen.)

   Delivered securely in a presentation style box, very well protected.

   Day one- I’ll obviously update if there’s any future problem- but I can’t honestly think there will be?

   upgraded from an SE to an SE 2022, bit bigger, not square edged, but still sits in a shirt pocket, data transferred in 25 minutes, no problems at all.

   Edit* There was a glitch- a security code leftover from the previous owner was unable to be changed, The company replied to messages very quickly, offering support. It was resolved by a route Apple were unaware of. Absolutely on to any problem.

   We were so very pleased when this arrived having had to return a previous “Amazon Renewed” phone for refund as it had just a little over 80% battery health and scuffing. This one has a tiny and very fine scratch on the top right of the screen but a screen protector has hidden that completely. Otherwise it looks and seems as new with 99% battery health. We’re relieved and pleased and can highly recommend this supplier. “28 Trading”.

   It looks as though it has come straight from the box and battery life is very good

   Phone arrived when it should and works well, looked like new and I really value the fact that it has a years warranty. The battery lasts and the were no scratches anywhere that I could see.

   I really trust product refurbished by Amazon and always try To buy them when I can. I bought one for my husband about a year ago and it was just as good and still working well.

   wanted to update my SE 2gen, have 5g etc, went for the acceptable cheap option, looks and works fine and saved a lot of money than buying a new one

   This arrived with the bare minimum battery percentage acceptable. I bought it as a spare so set it up and barely used it. This week the display developed a persistent veritcal line, and there seems like no way to get any help with it despite the 1-year guartantee. Don’t waste your time, complete rip off.

   A beautifully renewed device – phone as described, all software up-to-date, well packaged and promptly delivered. Came with a screen protector, and a very good quality charger and cable. Very impressed.
