I purchased a renewed phone, I was happy with the condition and that it functioned well. However it wouldn’t charge pff the cable it was supplied with nor any other iPhone chargers in our home (we have lots as we’ve all got iPhones) and it didn’t work in my car on apple carplay (which other phones in my house do work) so I returned the phone asking for a refund in the allotted time.

The seller is delaying the refund and now claiming they haven’t received the phone even though they signed for it on delivery! Amazon are hopefully going to resolve this.

My iPhone 14 arrived so quickly. The condition was fantastic, no visible marks on body or screen.I transferred all data from my old phone and everything worked first time. The phone continues to perform so well. Battery holds charge. Screen protector supplied was easy to apply.

Outside of the phone and back is in great condition however there is a very noticeable ‘e’ shaped scratch on the screen along with many other small ones… not what I was expecting from an ‘excellent’ condition phone.

La seule chose que je reproche, à chaque fois que j’achète un iPhone reconditionné sur Amazon, et quel que soit le vendeur, c’est de ne pas recevoir de chargeur complet. Les petits écouteurs filaires seraient appréciés également.
Sinon toujours excellent état et ceci 1 à 2 fois par an.
