   Its early days, not had the phone very long, Its working perfectly and looks and feels like NEW. Battery life good but could be better, but its not a new phone !! So far very pleased.

   I had been looking at an iPhone 13 mini for a while. I like small handsets and when I realised apple had discontinued the 13 mini, I decided on buying a second hand one..which is not something that I normally do. I looked at various sellers that specialise in secondhand or renewed tech. The prices do seem a little all over the place..and seem to fluctuate daily almost..so you need to do your research. I’m really fussy, so I wanted either excellent or near new condition.

   In the end I decided to stick with Amazon as I felt that I possibly have more support if something goes wrong. The phone came from loop-mobile who are on Amazons approved sellers list. I’ve been using the phone for a couple of days now and it seems great..and in excellent condition like described. My only gripe..and this is something a lot people seem to say..the battery health is at 85%, so I wish this was alittle higher, as i will possibly be keeping this a while now..from fear of ending up with one of these tablets that everyone seems to have now 🙂

   In short I’d recommend Amazon renewed..the price was definitely competitive for the market and the product itself was great and as described.

   I recently thought about how much I kept dropping my iPhone 11 because it was just too big for my hands, and therefore came to the conclusion I should get the newest small form iPhone.

   The amazon refurbished guarantee made me confident that I would get at least a working product, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone with decent battery life, and basically no scratches on the screen or the back.

   I don’t think I will buy a phone new again.

   the phone is in excellent condition. no scratches or marks. Battery is showing as 96% of original capacity. No after markets so face recognition and auto display works perfectly.

   Delivery was good, phone in perfect order and working with no issues except the battery from fully charged , without any use at all, is down to 35% inside 8 hours. When I use it to make calls 30 min talk time reduces the charge by half .

   Obviously I have an old battery and the cost of replacing it is almost 30% of the cost of buying the phone,
   Seems to me that selling a refurbed iPhone that is 5 years old should have the battery changed before selling at £300 as now that phone will be closer to £400.

   Been using it for almost 2 months, amazing battery for 86% capacity, loving the size. If you hate the larger models you’ll love this, its way more portable.

   I ordered an iPhone 13 mini 256GB Starlight colour from foxfones under the “excellent” refurbishment rating.

   I can confirm upon receiving the phone the condition is better than excellent, there is no scratches on the phone and clearly has been kept in a case with a screen protector on its whole life. The phone literally looks brand new I am totally blown away by the condition.

   I have tested the phone myself and everything is working as expected. I wished the battery health percentage was a little higher. It’s rated at 86% health. Which is still good and more than the 80% > minimum you are promised under “excellent” refurbishment grading.

   Overall I am really impressed with this product and was cheaper than competitor second hand market sellers. With a 1 year piece of mind warranty included too!

   I will certainly be recommending foxfones to anyone who is after a great quality refurbished handset.
