    My son dropped his phone and smashed the back and it started playing u. Didn’t have insurance on the phone(lesson learned). Decided to buy him a refurbished one and did my research as to where the best was to buy one. I opted for Amazon. Was a bit sceptical but I am so glad I did. I got him the same make and model as his broken one. It was great. It was in excellent condition and works perfectly. My son is very happy and has no issues with his new phone at all. Would definitely recommend Amazon for a refurbished iPhone

    I was not sure whether buying a refurbished iPhone, was a good idea. However, having not long purchased a reconditioned iPad from Amazon, that I was very impressed with, I decided to do my research and take the plunge. In the end I chose an iPhone 13, (excellent condition) so that I had at least three or four years out of the phone IOD wise. When it arrived (2 days early), it was very well packaged in a simple box, and included a generic charging wire and adapter as well as a very nice, good quality screen protector. Also included in the adapter box was the key to release the Sim. The device itself was immaculate and once I transferred all my data over I checked the battery health and it was 89%. And after a few days use it seems to be working perfectly. I am so happy, for £350 it there about, it feels like I have a new iPhone 13. Result! 🙂

    Just a couple of hairline marks which are not noticeable unless you look really close. 95% battery health.
    Would definitely recommend.

    This is a replacement for my old iPhone 8. It is in very good condition with very little indication of previous use. Battery life is very good.

    Came with no scratches on the front or the back however I did expect an “excellent” condition iPhone to have at least 95% battery health

    The phone arrived well packaged, it was in perfect condition, no scratches or marks, the battery is still very full. Came with a lead and plug for charging. It’s the third reconditioned phone I’ve bought and all have been in excellent condition. This has a bigger storage, that’s why I need it.

    Returned the item after only 2 months because it was faulty i.e. the battery was overheating, the apps were opening randomly and others could not be opened. The phone was returned in the same condition in which received . I requested a full refund plus cost of independent technical inspection and return postage.

    Only £322.43 refunded. Original cost £358.25 plus £15.00 inspection fee to determine faulty and return postage of £8.95 making total of £382.20. Shortfall of £59.77 owed to me.

    THIS PHONE WAS UNDER WARRANTY FOR 12 MONTHS. FULL REFUND SHOULD HAVE BEEN ISSUED BUT THE COMPANY DO NOT RESPOND.

    No customer service and I am very disappointed at this charge for a phone which was not usable.
