    I brought x2 phones from this buyer both phones had issues .
    First phone screen broke in first week,I took it to the Apple Store they said that the screen that they had used was of poor quality and that’s way it broke so easily. Cost me an extra £150 to fix !!!
    Second phone had issues with hardware and Just stopped working out of the bule, also took this to Apple Store and they ID’ed the hardware issue.
    By this time I was quite upset and frustrated that both the phones that I had purchased had been so unreliable and requested my money back for just x 1 of the phones
    They refused to refund me back the money even though we have had to fork out for another new phone as the phone (it was for my daughter and she was going away and needed to have a phone another £500 this one was straight from the Argos)
    It has been a very bad experience buying from this vender!!! We paid £500 for both phones plus the £150 for the new screen plus an additional £500 for the new phone.
    We are also still waiting for the replacement phone which I had to pay to send back which for another £9
    My advice make sure to avoid this this vender at all cost !!!!!
    I would not even give them a start I feel will I was scammed !!

    This was an “adequate” condition unit. I couldn’t find anything wrong with it tbh it is pretty much perfect! Battery 83% and all works great. Fab price too. Came with charger, cable which was helpful! And a small bag of sweets to say thanks!!! Definitely recommend.

    Il telefono è arrivato ben imballato, certo non nella confezione originale essendo un refurbed, ma comunque ben curata, con cavo e adattatore inclusi, e la chiavetta per inserire la sim. Neanche un graffio visibile a occhio nudo! L’ho messo subito in carica e ho notato che la batteria aveva una capacità del 100%, cosa che non davo per scontato perché sarebbe potuta essere all’80%. Funziona tutto bene per ora, e ce l’ho da un mesetto, nessun tipo di problema! Lo consiglio, è un prodotto molto valido!

    The product came with no visible wear. There is no scratches or cracks anywhere, apart from a tiny paint scratch around one of the cameras, but you have to look really closely to find it, so I am happy. It came in the colour I wanted, with the right amount of storage.

    The iPhone has no sound defaults, the call microphone is as it should be, and sound it as it should be. The display is as it should be too, there is no fault.

    However, the battery health came at 85% which I thought was ok, so didn’t request another product as the rest of the phone worked brilliantly. However, one month in we are now at 83% which is slightly concerning how fast it is draining as I only charge once a day when it is almost dead, but we will see how much more it drops.

    I am happy with the speed of things, it is not slow or lagging 🙂
