   Nice looking phone. Looks in very good condition. Seems to be running fine right now. The only downside is we are unable to see the battery life as it has an unofficial battery in it so we have no idea if it has the 80% min life capacity as stated so we’ll continue to monitor it and see how it goes.

   The phone is not new but is perfectly fine. Looks like the battery is not the original one but it is working properly. My daughter has been use it for a month and so far so good.

   Skickade tillbaka telefon då en varning om något fel på skärmen. Vill ej ha tillbaka telefon då felet upptäcktes 3dgr efter leverans. Fick ej heller någon vettig förklaring vid kontakt med leverantören per telefon.

   Purchased iphone and chose excellent condition. It arrived extremely well packaged both inside and outside the box. It was in immaculate condition, like a brand new phone. Had a few extras in the box such as screen protector and charging cables. Will definately purchase again.

   First time buying a refurbished phone and I am SO impressed with it. It’s been 9 months of owning this phone and it works so well, the only cosmetic damage on it was some colour coming off near the camera and a few cosmetic scratches on the back of the phone. The battery life is still really high and it works amazingly. I don’t think I’d be able to see much difference between a new phone and the phone I received :))

   I bought iPhone from “Mobile Reborn from Cheshire” thought Amazon for a discount price for my parent as a gift. After 20ish day, the phone started to glitch out, red and green screen. I can’t use it so I send it out for repair, 30 day mark runs out then I get me phone back. Again after less than a month pass by, same problem rises again. My parents doesn’t use it for long hours as they are old and aren’t up to date with technology. I bought an iPhone hoping they have an fast and quick responsing unlike their previous one. So I ask for refund they flat out said no and said the phone needs to be returned in 30 days. I explained why the 30 days mark ended because I sender for repair but they didn’t give a refund. So I asked for a different phone but same model since this one is not working and keeps glitching out even after repairing it for long time. They sends me similar iPhone model with scratches on side with colour ripped of and some kind of dust stucked in the speakers. I don’t know if this is going to the phone distributor store review or the iPhone in general but the store is neck to neck with a scammer. I don’t know about buying new phones from it but If you are buying refurbished phone don’t bother. By the time I got the disgusting phone as a replacement it was more than half a year spend. Think wisly from other people’s mistakes.

   I did purchase the one which was excellent condition & very reasonable price too let’s see how she takes care of it! Early Christmas present as she was in desperate need of a new one because hers wasn’t working anymore. But love the colour and it’s a good looking phone.

   Phone like new. No problem with battery. Set up was easy to transfer everything over from old iPhone. Came with free extras which I wasn’t expecting. Everything working well. If you’ve never purchased a reconditioned phone before, take the plunge, you will be saving pounds and savings the planet. Highly recommend New Fone House excellent Service. Oh and I love the colour, green makes a change from black.

   Excellent value , as new ,I upgraded from my iPhone 8 to iPhone 12. For anyone wanting to upgrade but don’t want the very latest , it is a great way to get a newer phone without a great expense. Also good for our planet , we should always try to recycle.
   Great product , great price, great service, would buy again.

    I bought this for my husband who has never had a mobile phone before. Not brilliant quality and certainly not as good as I was hoping for. The phone was supposed to be of excellent quality. The advert stated that no scratches would be seen from 30 cm. There were several scratches on the camera lens surround and front of the case which were visible. We had to buy a case and camera lens protector to cover it up. The screen was perfect though. When we tried to set the phone up we got a message to say “unknown part. Unable to determine if your iPhone display is a genuine apple part” so assume the phone has non apple parts replaced. The battery is also not great. It looses approx 30% battery overnight. I would not recommend. I wish now we had bought him a new phone but as he has never had a phone before, he didn’t want to pay a lot of money. We paid £258.20. Next time, we’ll buy him a new one
