   Yes- this tower is very nice. It came wrapped as new, with all of the things that I needed. The keyboard, mouse, cables, and a wi-fi clip. I did have trouble with the monitor. I was trying to use my old monitor, and the monitor plug wouldn’t match up, prob. because the computer wasn’t hdmi. But that’s okay. My computer guy got me a nice re-furbished monitor, with hdmi., and the cables. It works perfect, and is fast to respond. I am really liking it. And I want to thank Std. for the nice job that they did. Thanks again.

   This remanufactured Dell computer is the third computer purchased from Amazon. The first unit, which burned out was 6 years old. It worked great. The second is 5 years old, runs Windows 10, Word and Excel. Our third unit arrive Jan 31, 2025. This unit looks identical to our second but it appears that the hard drive is either missing or completely clean and the system can not be booted. No instruction were included in the shipping boxes. The keyboard and mouse cannot even be seen by the computer. That is bad and troublesome. Whom ever furnished the unit for Amazon absolutely never attempted to power it up before sending it to us. That is very bad. I am 88 years old and wife, Louise is 87 and we are very upset with this shipment. Amazon has world wide customer assistance. The first was a nice Philopena and Today, February 1, an Egyptian lady attended to my complaint. We really hope the Friday shipment has been tested and works on our Wi Fi and allows us to install Windows 11.

   Electrically, the computer worked Ok but the top cover was damaged (bubbled and pealing) and the front bezel had an incorrect model number on it (5060 instead of 7070). The case also had gummy adhesive apparently from labels had been removed. Fortunately, I have a good cover and bezel from a 7070 that went bad, so I am keeping this unit rather than rolling the dice and possibly receiving something in worse condition on my next purchase. On my previous attempt at buying a 7070. the unit had a malfunctioning drive activity LED. So I returned that and bought this instead. I really like the 7070 model and the price was good, but I would prefer to have less of a hassle in getting one that both worked well and looked good.

   Refurbished PC was easy to setup with windows 11. PC is small in size , fast with solid state drive and 32gb of memory. No issues encountered, worth the money spent. I needed to purchase a display cable to work with my monitor screen. Keyboard and mouse both wireless.

   Great machine, but two cons that might leave some people stuck and disappointed.
   First the potential biggy. The system came with NO power cord. Oops!
   Also, as other another review stated, the Wi-Fi is NOT built in by DELL as the description states. It is a tiny $5 USB type
   but it works just fine and this makes no difference to me, but it might to some.
   FYI, if you get this machine and the Wi-Fi sees access points but will not connect, try a different USB port. I started with the 4th USB3 (blue) port on the right and no go. I moved it to the first on the left, and it has been solid now for a few days. I don’t know why this would happen, but I got it working so no big deal.
   Neither of those issues flustered me, your mileage may vary.
   I got this refurb PC because of its 8 core i7-9700, 32GB RAM and 1TB SDD all for a great price.
   If you have never owned one of these DELL commercial grade machines, you will not be disappointed. The build quality and the heavy sheet metal used in these units is far superior to a discount consumer grade PC. I have had four similar mini towers like this over the years – 2 HP and 2 DELL, but this is the most powerful one yet. The $400 price point makes it a no-brainer for most business and home office uses. It runs Win11, Libre Office, some trading and charting platforms, and FL Studio DAW all at the same time without hesitation. The 32GB RAM no doubt helps with that.
   The unit arrived well packed for shipping and reasonably clean, though it had what I thought at first was a small scratch on top. This turned out to be a splash of white-out from its past corporate life.
   As I mentioned above, what could be a showstopper for most users looking for a turnkey machine, this unit arrived with no power cord. Now, having been a PC hardware nerd for decades, I have dozens of the standard power cords laying around, and it did not slow me down a bit. Obviously, though, a power cord should come in the box, and most likely will in yours. I can’t imagine they left it out on purpose.
   I have not tested the included CHEAP wireless keyboard and mouse, but I am sure they are fine for what they are and are probably an upgrade for laptop keyboard users.
   Great value, in a small, solid package.

   Pequeña, pero no se sobre calienta. (y vivo en una zona desértica)
   ni el mas mínimo rastro de polvo.
   windows instalado con todos sus controladores en perfecto estado. y sin bloatware.

   El mouse y el teclado son cómodos.

   bien pensada la tarjeta de video p1000 complementa muy bien esta PC.
   en Juegos Skyrim (ultra), witcher 3 (custom HIGH) +-60 FPS
   Quizás no puede con títulos mas modernos a esos cuadros por segundo.

   para productividad no le pide nada a una computadora nueva.
   Blender, CAD y programas de diseño y dibujo funcionan sin ningún problema.
   Y por el precio no se puede pedir mas.

   muy satisfecho y altamente recomendada.

   This computer was recommended to me by a friend who is in the computer business and it did not disappoint. I was nursing a windows 10 computer that was old and tired and took way to long to boot up. I’ve been using it for 2 months now, it boots up super fast because of the I gig SSD drive and performs very well! It’s a refirb but was package well and flawless cosmetically. Using it for 2 months and I’m very impressed. Windows 11 was a bit of a learning curve but I’m used to it now.. Sound card was not as rich and adjustable as the beats audio I had on the computer it replaced but this was not my use case and it’s tolerable for all the money I saved.. Dell support site is great too and updated all my drivers, bios and firmware and the windows 11 updates worked as they should. A great value!!

   It’s as advertised. I verified that it had a M2 drive and has Windows 11 Pro. Instructions were for Windows 11 Home. Windows 11 Installation went fine. Comes with wireless keyboard and mouse and its associated USB wireless device. Case has the old style round keyboard and mouse connectors. I didn’t look to see if they were connected. No provisions to add an internal CD/DVD drive. The computer has two Display Port (DP) jacks for the monitor. Not to be confused with HDMI. An adapter is needed for DP to HDMI, or DP to VGA, or DP to DVI for connection to a monitor. They are inexpensive on Amazon.
