Started up fine. It wanted updates. Then it went blank screen. Nothing worked after that . Never got a screen back. Tried everything. No help from hp support either. I will stay away from this product.

I wish I had spent more time looking at the keyboard. The printing on the keys is light gray on gray keys. That makes it hard. The touchpad is too sensitive, but I will be trying to fix that through settings. Being a Windows machine, it prefers Microsoft Edge and does all these little things to annoy Google Chrome. But that will happen no matter what machine you use.

I’ve had this laptop for quite a while now and I have not had any issues with it. I love the quality of the video playback and the quickness of the startup. It makes things easier to operate as it prompts you when you do something new on it. The screen size is perfect for me and it’s easier to carry around as it is lightweight
