   Works great so far, would reccomend for backing up storage but dont wanna get the big internal drives.

   Buen producto, se siente de material resistente, pesa solo un poco, el color igual a la imagen, puedes pasar los archivos bastante rápido, en cuanto al espacio recordar que de la memoria mencionada siempre se le resta un poco, yo lo use con PC y sin problema lo leyó y corrió bien

   I got this as a present for my game loving teen who needed more room on their laptop. They were able to move many of their larger games over to it. It’s even fast enough for them to play games off the device without having to move them back onto the PC.

   We were both shocked we were able to get such storage size at such a great price. It easily hooked up to their Acer laptop. They also love that they can take it with them to a friend’s house if they wanted to play games there.

   They’re happy, so I’m happy.

   I like that it has so much space for the PS 4 games, but i didn’t realize that it didn’t work for PS 5 games. Make sure to read if it saves PS 5 games. Very quite, goes into the PS 5, but only in the back USB ports. It was Plug and play. I just had to let the PS 5 format the disk, and it was ready to save my PS 4 games. Also, if you get a PS5 Hard drive, it can save to the drive, but can’t run games from the drive. PS4 games can run from the external drive.

   By default, PS5 doesn’t allow PS5 games to be played from hard drives, but will store and play PS4 games from the drive. You have to copy PS5 games over again if you store them, but it’s much faster than deleting and redownloading. This hard drive was ideal for this. All of my games play well from the drive and the move times were not terrible at all. You do have to plug it into the back of the PS5 for the correct USB power to be used, so there could be a space issue for you if you were hoping to use the front spot. All in all, it’s a compact 4TB drive and 200GB copied over in less than a half hour and now I can get a good library going. Ideal drive for PS5!

   Like many people, my desktop computer tends to be filled with many files (pictures, videos, etc.).

   Having a portable external hard drive like this serves two purposes for me: it frees up space on my computer’s internal hard drive since I can transfer files to the external drive, and it acts as a backup, too, since I tend to have several additional external drives.

   Whatever system you run (PC or Mac), this drive is ready to be used as soon as it’s plugged into your computer. However, in my case, I opted to reformat it so that it could be read on both Mac and PC computers. After reformatting, I plugged it into both devices, and I was able to transfer files to and from the drive to my computers.

   As far as transfer speed, I moved a 47GB folder to the drive, and it took around 15 minutes. I just wanted to note this to illustrate to those curious about the length of time it takes to move files.

   This external drive from Toshiba was affordable, offered sufficient space for my needs, and was simple to set up. It’s definitely a solid choice if you need a backup device or a place to house files that are cluttering up your computer’s internal hard drive.

   good external 4 TB hard drive. Reads/writes data plenty fast for me! This is my 2nd Toshiba external HD. I am pleased with both and my first one (2 TB) is about 5 years and still runs great! I would definitely buy another!

    I needed a portable hard drive to store my large collection of photos, videos, and documents, and I decided to buy the Toshiba Canvio Advance 2TB. I was attracted by its sleek design, its affordable price, and its 3-year warranty. The setup was easy, and the drive was recognized by my Windows 10 laptop without any issues.

    The drive is very fast and reliable, and it works well with the Toshiba Storage Backup Software and the Toshiba Storage Security Software, which are both included for free. The backup software lets me schedule automatic backups of my files, and the security software lets me password-protect my drive to prevent unauthorized access.

    The drive is very slim and lightweight, and it fits easily in my backpack or pocket. The plastic casing feels sturdy and durable, and the drive is very quiet during operation. The only minor drawbacks are that the cable is a bit short, and the drive does not have any rubber feet to prevent sliding on smooth surfaces. However, these are not deal-breakers for me, and I am very happy with my purchase.
