I’ve had the xbox for a good 6 months, it hasn’t had one issue since i’ve got it (i hope i don’t jinx it) anyways. its a normal system, its a tad slow but nothing to crazy i mean it is kinda expected tho bec its not brand new. whoever had it before me took good care of it. if your looking for a system that isnt a crazy price i definitely recommend this.

The item was as described, and shipping was pretty fast. Console was clean and was wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed. Came with a 3rd party controller and wires. It took some time to setup from the factory reset. No issues with the console or controller.
The controller that came with was a 3rd party controller which does work but you can feel the cheapness of it. The buttons are very clicky and occasionally it will miss an input. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. It’s probably a good idea to invest in an actual Xbox controller. Since I am playing fighting games on mine, I will be looking at arcade sticks as well.
The 500GB model can fill up pretty quickly when you are installing games so it will limit your library at times.
Bonus: when I was checking the system, I pressed the eject button for the disc drive and it actually had a copy of Grand Theft Auto V in the drive!

I’m happy with the purchase. The console was in perfect condition but the controller had a faulty button. Amazon support rectified quickly.

La consola Xbox One llegó con una estética buena de 9, pero el control no corresponde a la consola, era tan difícil verificar las partes que se envían. Lamentablemente no pude configurar la consola, por el control incompatible.

I reveived this today, was excited, plugged it in, and I get an ERROR message (as shown in pics). So I try the factory reset and it does nothing. I go to the internet as advised,and it says to do the “offline update”, and that is a non cluckable choice, and now the website says I would need specific PC and cables and jump drives specially formatted to attempt to reset it.
I paid for a useable system, and I am not tech savvy enough to do all this work without fear of damaging it. And I left a review, bc I couldn’t find a “contact seller” button for this item. Which means I have to go through the return policy and with only 1 in stick, who knows how long that wait will be.
So but with caution. They get 1 star bc its the minimum, and it was nicely packed and quickly shipped.
But I’m glad this wasn’t a gift for someone else, bc I’d feel real bad for them right now.
