    The phone was the wrong colour (White when I ordered Blue), but this was the only thing not specified by the seller, and honestly I didn’t mind that much. The battery life is 88%, which, though on the lower end of the battery possibility, really doesn’t affect its practical use much. There were a few small scratches on the screen, but these are not really at all visible, and there is no other damage to the phone.

    When I was buying the phone, I was worried by some dissatisfied customers’ reviews. I received a charger and a SIM removal tool with my product, unlike some reviews had complained, and was very much pleased with what I received.

    I bought this phone and it arrived in excellent condition – looks brand new. Had to do a factory reset as there were pics and numbers still on the phone. Also received wrong charging cable. Other than that am very happy with my purchase.

    The phone so bad condition. All scratches around all phone. Also small hole around phone. The condition very poor. Its was saying excellent condition but very poor. Just open and ask for refund and return
    Sad I need to pay the postage as the phone different condition as was put on sale.

    The phone is really in a perfect condition the only problem is,it came with the wrong charger, at the moment it is working well but I have to use it for a while to judge, I have contacted amazon about the charger though,I do recomend.

    It arrived on time , looks great like new, battery life no so good 85% and I’m happy with it but if the battery drops lower i’ll have to send it back.

    I got this product in good condition. Because I wanted to save some money. And it looks amazing! No big scratches. No dents. Dang near perfect! It was not charged which is fine I didn’t expect it to be. There was no sim tool to open the slot & the charger is lightning to usb-a not usb-c which is a bit of a bumper since my mac charge is usb-c. I may contact the seller about that.
