   Bought for my Mum as a replacement for an old phone – saved a bunch of cash, and couldn’t tell the difference In this and a brand new phone.

   The battery percentage was also at 100% which was a bonus too!

   I bought this phone in excellent condition and it is perfect, not a single scratch on the screen and fully functional. The phone also came with a charger (as it says in description) and a very good screen protector (although I imagine this depends on the seller). The camera quality is amazing which was a big concern for me since i like taking photos. The battery health of it was 89%, which is good for a refurbished phone and hasn’t run out very fast at all.
   Overall very happy with this phone, especially considering it is refurbished.

   I did pay extra for the excellent condition, it arrived in 2 days without having amazon prime, I was surprised of how good the condition is, the phone looks brand new, not a single scratch, the battery is 85% of it’s life but I am very happy with it , 4 stars only because I was hoping for better battery life, otherwise I would totally recommend this seller

    I was delighted when I received my IPhone 12 Pro. It was pristine, like it had never been used. I was wondering how it could have been so cheap compared to the cost of a new one.

    However!!

    The battery drained quickly and needed charging a few times a day. I put it down to the higher performance but was still trying to work it out.

    A few days later it got some water on it and unlike previous iPhones it went straight in and a few hours later, the phone wouldn’t work!

    Took it to be repaired and was told that the screen wasn’t a genuine Apple screen and as such, wouldn’t have been as good quality but most significantly, was the reason the battery was draining so quickly. The spec and dynamics was all wrong. And why it leaked!!

    The whole thing was compromised!!

    Don’t waste your money – buy new!!!
