   I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this ring. It is much lower priced than other smart rings online. Maybe it doesn’t have all the features, but this one seems good to me, and has lots of features. I can check my heart rate, my blood pressure (need to manually record that), check my blood oxygen, check my sleep patterns, keep track of daily steps and exercise options, and my blood sugar (Manually record that). There are things I have to manually add so they show up on the front page, but I like that when I do that they are there for me to see and it will record history for me as well. The ring size was true to fit, so I was happy about that. It would be nice if they had 1/2 sizes as well. The only thing I wish was better was documentation on using the app and how to track things. I am sure that is something they are working on to enhance the user experience. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to track the above items.

   The ring is super comfortable to wear all day and night, and I forget I even have it on. The battery life is fantastic, lasting much longer than I expected. Plus, being waterproof is a huge bonus for workouts and daily use. The air gesture controls make it a great choice for anyone . The battery life is impressive and the sleep tracking provides detailed breakdown of your sleep cycles.

   I usually use my watch for tracking but it could get in the way at times. So I gave this ring a try and it’s great. Track my blood oxygen. Heart rate, steps, sleep, and stress levels. I gave it a try today on a hike by comparing to my Apple Watch stats and it was accurate. I will definitely switch to this instead.

   The smart ring is awesome it came in a small box that charges the ring. The app for the phone was easy to download and use the ring is true to size and you can wear it on most fingers it give you accurate reading. On everything it does. And it was a good price.

   This guy will replace my smart watch. It does everything I need it to and more. Synced easily to my phone and shows me all of my fitness data easily. Battery lasts for a long time, plus it comes with a charging case to carry it in. Very well made and looks great.
