This SeekZero smart ring is my first try of a smart ring. I have been using it about a week and like it. I am a regular smart watch wearer, and wanted to see what a smart ring may offer.

Setup was fairly straightforward, though I had a slight issue with charging. When the ring arrived I unpacked everything, and the ring was packed inside the charging case. I took it out to look at it and then placed it back in to begin the recommended full charge. I didn’t see any lights and it didn’t seem to be charging, so I took a look at the shape of the mount where the ring goes and it has some flat parts on it. I then placed the ring in the charger at what appeared to be “internal electronics stuff” at the top, and it began charging. The instructions don’t mention the orientation of the ring in the charging case. When I went back to the Amazon listing they do show the correct charging orientation, but I think having that info with the product itself would have be helpful… a user isn’t guaranteed to be looking at the Amazon listing when they set it up (I wasn’t), and still then one pic in the listing shows the light at the 8-o-clock position in relation to the charging mount. I attached a pic with a red markup of where the light should be for charging to work.

App install to my Pixel 8 was easy, and once the ring was charged I was able to pair it to the app.

The ring is comfortable to wear. The instructions say the ring works best on index finger of non-dominant hand, though second and ring finger will work too. I am wearing it on my ring finger.

Battery life seems to be as advertised so far, I have worn it over five full days and the app says the ring is at 70% charge.

I mainly use a smart watch for step counting and workout tracking. The ring takes regular measurements of blood oxygen, heart rate, and a few other measurements. Step counting is okay, though it only seems to pick up 75-85% of the steps that my watch does. Hard to say which one is truly closest to correct, but the two differ.

Overall it is a nice device and it has been a positive experience… comfortable to wear and gets in the neighborhood of what my smart watch is picking up for step counts, and it seems to do what is advertised.

This Smart Ring is fantastic—it’s incredibly convenient with no app subscription required and comes with a helpful sizing kit. The 7-10 days battery life is impressive, and it accurately tracks my activity, sleep, stress levels, and heart rate. It syncs effortlessly with both iOS and Android devices, making it a top choice for anyone looking to monitor their health stylishly and effectively.

I enjoy my ring. Startup and the app are easy to use. I like the information in the app for your overall health.
I have 2 main things I am not 100% happy with.
#1 – the Activity/Exercise tracking is lackluster. I workout 5 days a week and you would never know. The ring only seems to track half of what I do in a day. So the information is skewed at best.
#2 – Durability for daily use… since you wear this on the pointer finger, it is exposed to a lot of use. I already have rough spot & scrapes on the ring. Not sure of the longevity yet

Overall for appearance it is sleek and fits my general look. However I cannot give it full stars because it does have some issues. I have yet had it go a full week, even on letting it sit at full charge for a day. It is closer to five or six days. I also have had to completely re-connect it twice and lost some data because it randomly decided to forget it was paired after a charge cycle. Its most helpful function to me is sleep and o2 tracking, and overall it is pretty decent. Not that I think it merits its retail point, which is another element, I feel it fails to provide value for cost and would not really recommend too highly, at least not without needing to bring up the issues I’ve had with loosing data and not getting a full week’s charge out of it.

Smart rings are amazing to me. There’s a lot of technology packed into them. I’ve tried several now and so far this is the best one I’ve tried.
    with some exception…..
The charger on this does not work as described. the green light always stays on solid no matter how long you leave the ring in the charger. So, I have no idea it it’s fully charged or not. I even left it on the charger overnight and still no change in the light on the charger.
It took a couple of tries to get my bluetooth to recognize the ring. However, once I got it the first time it has worked great ever since.
I really like the app and I’m hard on apps. I find it ridiculous that any app should be complicated. This one is not and it’s got some great information, all of which seems to be accurate. The interface looks really good and it’s easy to understand. If you don’t then you’ll discover there’s a help section that is actually informative and relevant.
In other rings I’ve had issues with the step counter. This one seems to work well and is accurate. The same can be said for the sleep tracker.
Over all this is a great smart ring. I think it’s a little pricey but it looks so nice that most people won’t be able to tell it’s a smart ring. It’s accurate, connects well with an app on your phone and is actually a great looking ring, smart or not.

I have recently been getting annoyed with my apple watch and have been looking for a replacement that still collects most of the data that the apple watch does, without any more subscription services. I was extremely excited when I came across this smart ring. One of the major draw-ins for me with this ring was that there was no subscription. I already wear plenty of rings, so this option was almost perfect. When the ring came in it fit perfectly and worked right out of the box without any hassles. It also seamlessly connects to Apple Health so there really isn’t any need to regularly check the ring’s app; everything is already in the Health app.

The battery life is insane for such a little device. It has lasted me around 3 days of continuous use before I needed to recharge. On top of that, it only took like 1 hour to fully recharge. I am a huge fan of this smart ring and recommend it to anybody looking for something other than an Apple watch to collect health data while looking great.
