I got a size 11 to match my ring finger, and the size is on point. The battery life so far has been great. I’ve showered with it every day without issue. I’m getting 4-5 days out of it. The surface has been marred a bit from the knurling on my dumbbells, but otherwise looks good so far. The edges are very slightly rounded so it’s not uncomfortable, but I would prefer a slightly more rounded shoulder on the transition.
The app is okay. I had a weird bug for a bit where putting my height and weight in would *refuse* to save, so I was 18ft tall and 29lbs for a few days lol. Honestly if I’m granting access to my Apple Health data anyway, why do I need to put that in again?
The Heart Rate seems fairly close to my Apple Watch, within a few BPM when I’ve spot-checked it. The Sleep Tracking, which is the main reason I got this ring, seems… somewhat accurate? Sort of hard to gauge. It has a graph and breaks down sleep into three phases: Restful, Light, and REM. It also spits out a Sleep Quality Score but it always seems to be in the 80s, whether I get over 8 hrs or less than 6.
There’s some historical data available in terms of Day/Week/Month, but it’s cumbersome to navigate and somewhat inscrutable to analyze. Some charts are interactive and others are static. Some have “Learn More” education and some barely explain themselves. I was previously using the calendar icon in the top right to swap days, but while writing this review discovered I can swipe left-right on the display to access other days.
Overall, the most interesting stat I’ve learned from wearing this for three weeks so far is that my sleeping heart rate patterns reflect poor sleep. I always seem to have my lowest HR just before waking up, and the educational component informed me that the nadir should be closer to the middle of the night. Yeah, I knew I woke up groggy, but this gives me a new metric to watch.
I’d like to see more data parsing options and some better analytics. Importing and exporting data to CSV would be awesome.

Getting the data from this ring is pretty cool. You can see a screenshot of one of the data screens in the product listing. The problem I have is that there is no way to drill down into the data that is collected. For example, it shows a graph of your sleep pattern, but I want to really see the data – at what time did I enter REM sleep or show frequent activity during the night? You can’t get any more detail than a graph the width of the screen. I don’t know what the higher-priced smart rings, like Aura, or smart watches that do similar things offer, but access to raw data is what would make this an amazing device.
The ring itself is very good looking. The finish does scratch and I’m starting to accumulate little dings on the shiny finish. Eventually I guess it will look pretty worn out, but I’ve been wearing it basically 24-7 for weeks – swimming, showering, washing dishes, etc and it seems no worse for the wear except the few scratches I mentioned.

I measured my finger as described and ordered the indicated size. It is a proper fit – follow the directions. I intentionally wore the ring until the battery ran completely down, and it started working again as soon as I charged it up again. In other words – it works exactly as you expect, collecting heartrate, blood oxy, and other metrics through the application. The ring fits well and is well finished, so it is quite comfortable. Unlike the watches and wrist bands, the ring gives off no significant light during operation, so both you and your parter can sleep. (My smart watch used to flash white and wake up my wife. Not good. But not a problem for the ring.) It does take a bit to interpret the ring data, and it uses a sampling algorithm for maximum battery life, so do not expect continuous data collection — instead expect useful data collection. Finally, I got the titanium color and it looks nice. I wear it all the time and it handles normal water situations easily (washing hands, showing). This is an affordable way to collect health and fitness data that will fit easily into your life.

This seems fairly accurate compared to both my Whoop and Apple Watch. The app could use some work but it does appear that they’re actively updating it. Most people assume this is an Ouya when they see me wearing it and at the moment I don’t see any reason to purchase an Ouya when I’ve got this. Works just as well as my other fitness trackers. Definitely recommended if you’re in the market for more health tracking tech!

Ordered this and was really excited about getting it and trying it out just to be let down with an obviously returned product. When I opened the box all that was in there was a charging stand and a USB C. Never will I order from this unreliable brand again.
