   Ladder works good. If you have smaller children I would suggest getting one with a few extra steps. Other than that this product is as described. – 30/07/2024

   I needed a laptop quickly for school while my other one was being worked on. This one was at a great price. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, just something to hold me over for school untill I got my other computer back. It’s simple, good for basic needs. I would not recommend it for college students as it runs slow some times. It arrived clean, no scratches and was easy to set up.

   for the price this is a really decent laptop. I bought it for my 12 year old son and it is perfect for him. for me personally I would find it to be a little slow and the display quality slightly lacking but for a kids computer or just one that you aren’t like trying to make a living using it is 100% all good.when I say the display is slightly lacking I just mean it is not as vivid and perfectly viewable from any angle, it does look a little washed out of you aren’t looking at it straight on, I am used to my MAC and its brilliant perfection but this is a good deal I do recommend.

   Horrible! Keys didn’t work couldn’t even log on
   Do not buy preowned do not buy renewed. They don’t seem to fix the items, if they have someone looking at these refurbished these people have no clue about laptops period.
   Shame on Amazon
   Highly disappointed Ps I wouldn’t have given it one star but was forced to.

   Normally Mac and iOS user but needed a laptop to run two Windows only applications. Worked well for my purpose and laptop doubles as a good online browsing, light word processing tool. Battery life is great, super light weight, speed is ok and refurbished product arrived flawless.
