    It came with scratches on it and a water mark. the keyboard doesn’t let me type on it, after 2 hours of use

    Llevo 2 días usandola y hasta ahorita todo excelente. Solo estéticamente trae unos rayones en la tapa pero son mínimos y no afectan para nada su funcionamiento.
    Llega con caja de cartón y cargador genérico para que sepan.
    Pero hasta ahora me ha funcionada muy bien y esperemos así siga. Excelente compra, si recomiendo

    Mac came in brand new condition. No scratches, no dings, no visible damages on the screen. It had debris on it but it was minor. Looks completely brand new.

    Everything works smoothly. Touch Bar works perfectly, it responds well and I’ve had no issues with it so far. Battery life is pretty good — it lasts for about 2-3hrs but more if you put it on low power mode. It is very easy to use and very easy to set up. Paid $400 dollars for excellent condition and it was worth it.

    Consider getting it if you don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a brand new Macbook, this is definitely a good deal.

    The Mac Book Pro 13′ with the Touch Bar was a great deal. Still updated to the newest OS. The price was a steal for this Mac Book. I have always wanted a Mac Book. I wanted to try the older one to see how good they work. I had to do a little bit of cleaning when I got it. It had a few minor scratches on the outside case. The Mac Book finished off having everything Apple. The integration is great since I can use all the new OS features. Touch Bar and keyboard had no issues.

     This product came in perfect condition, everything intact. It really is like it came straight from the Apple store! The touch bar works great! My daughter is going to college this fall, and this was a perfect purchase for her. Not too expensive, not too advanced either. Just a nice computer to write essays on!

    You might experience that it’s a little slow at first, but within 30 minutes it’s fast and ready to use.

    I’ve been using it for 3 hours now, it’s not hot at all!

    When it came to me there were no scratches or anything. Very clean and looks great!

    So far the battery life is great as well. Very impressed with this purchase!

    It’s advertised as a 2016 MacBook but it’s a 2019 and BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!!!!! Very clean, no problems! Charge fast, battery last lonngggg! This my first Mac and I needed something affordable. I am so satisfied with this purchase!!!

    Il be honest, when I first saw all these reviews I got a little scared and it felt like a gamble. But I received mine in perfect condition. When it arrived it was packaged well. The charger looks and works like a brand new one. There were ZERO scratches and the battery works great. The battery last around 6-7 hours which is pretty good for work. Ease of use. The screen is absolutely gorgeous and had zero scratches. Okay now to the part that we are all waiting for. The Keyboard is amazing it feels high quality and doesn’t have any signs of being used. Touch Bar feels amazing (Definitely worth getting). 13 inch is a perfect size laptop. It is not too heavy or too light. You can really feel apples high quality. It literally looks brand new.
    And it arrived a week early. (I got excellent condition) DONT THINK TWICE GET ITTT!!

    I purchased this laptop because it seemed like a good buy and it was backed by Amazon’s 90 day warrenty. The charger that it came with is not an OEM Apple Charger. When I plugged it in, it became so hot that I was afraid it was going to catch fire. It made the laptop so hot that I couldnt rest it on my lap. I unplugged it and tried charging it off and on to avoid it becoming hot. The battery depleted before an update could even be completed. I requested a return. The only option for a return is for USPN to pick it up at your house. Which means I waited all day long for them to come…… dont leave…. because they will NOT pick it up even if you leave it for them. Chatted with a rep from Amazon and was told there was no other option. So now, I will have to wait up to 30 days for my money back, wasted a whole day of work waiting for UPS to come (which by the way…. they wont call you before they come or give you a timeframe) and was sold a crappy computer….. thanks!

     It doesn’t really bother me, as it doesn’t affect how to computer works but three of the keys don’t light up. Otherwise it’s in perfect condition.
